LCD Projection tv problem

I have a Hitachi Ultravision 42" LCD Rear projection and it is around 4 years old. The bulb is still going, but recently I have noticed a big yellow faded dot in the center of the screen. Any answer/fix to this? Does it just need a new bulb? Any help is appreciated, thanks.

my grandson pressed against it and stretched the inner screen. It will always be there. Sad but true, about every 4 years the technology changes so much it's worth it to get a new one.
