50" Lcd/plasma, Looking to buy one again.

I am looking to buy another 50" lcd/plasma tv.
Where is the best place to buy one from?
I paid too much for my samsung when it first came out, so I dont want to go that route.

Dont really care if its new or used....
Any help(already looked on craigslist)

The lower the price the better

You can get a Vizio 1080i/720p for around $1200 or so at Sam's.... I paid around $1400 or so when they first started selling them, but the prices have come down a bit....

how much do you want to spend? Best thing to do is set your budget and find the nicest tv for that price.

I'am a cheap bastard when making big purchases and I did a ton of research and finally it came down to Amazon.com(from Amazon its self not a store on Amazon) offering the best safe price solution. What ever you do do not buy from BB or CC. You have a Fry's in Dallas?

yes there is a Frys around... BB and CC can be just as good. They match prices and most dont know, on their big ticket items...they are negotiable on their price.

If I was going to buy a new TV...Samsung has a badass "Touch Of Color" tv that just has an amazing picture.

They match a local store that's why I asked if there was a Frys as they always have decent prices. BB and CC wanted 5.5k for my TV where Amazon had it for 3k shipped and had the option of a no questions asked 30 day return. I went to a few BB and a CC and they just flat out told me no, they could only take off a hundred or 2.
