Damn Apple Ipod!!

I plug my 80GB Ipod into my computer to charge, come back an hour later and the bitch is locked on hold and hasn't charged at all. I've tried to take it apart but this thing is a bitch
I've had this thing for a little over a month, this is bull-shit

You can reset it by holding the on/off button down.

It won't allow anything, it's set on hold and won't change off of it

Called Apple Customer Support, they tried telling me to do all the same damn things I already read about online to do. Then the next step before they can determine if it needs to be serviced is I have to wait 24hrs for the battery to die and then see if it comes back on and works fine after that!

They can suck my balls, I've had this thing as of 31 days today...I'm soo pissed

Apple FTMFL!

Had that shit happen to me way too many times.

<----Satisfied Zune Owner. Gone a year and a half on one with no problems, and coming up on at least 6 months with my newest one with no problems.

Well the battery finally died then when I recharged it started working again, even though during the fixing process I think I broke the hold button but I believe it's for the best

Thanks for the replies

I love my Ipod, I have had no problems with mine. If the Zune is anything like my Smart phone and my computer, you will have to reset it every 10 minutes to get it to work right.

Next time it locks up, press and hold the middle button and menu at the same time for about 10 seconds and the unit will reset but you will not lose anything stored on it. It's happened to me a few times.

It's still been going off & on hold today while at work. I just have to play around with the hold button and it turns off. Still annoying
