FIOS A/V out of sync?

Anyone else have the problem of the audio/visual being out of sync? I briefly put Star Wars on last night in HD and the A/V was noticeably out of sync.

I've had that happen a couple of times. I turned the Home Theater Receiver on/off and it sync's back up. Sometimes when you switch modes or inputs in can cause the audio to go out of sync. Or if it's just on the TV, try switching channels briefly then come back.

Never had it happen. That's odd.

How far out? I know my receiver has the ability to adjust them but it is in miniscule increments.

It's going through HDMI cables to my Onkyo unit. It happened when I was flipping through and caught one of the Star Wars movies the other night. I haven't messed around with the TV much since then though... seems OK now though.
