The beginings of a new home theater... round 1.

I went to costco and bought the Simplicity flat panel wall mount. It is fully articulating allowing the TV to be pulled out from the wall and turned about 45 degrees in either direction as well as being tilted.

I got everything installed Saturday night and on Sunday watched a damn good game between Philly and New England.

Right now the PS3 is connected directly and the HDMI cable is too short to run through the wall. I've got new cables on order from Monoprice and my satellite dish will be installed tomorrow morning. I'll be enjoying the Cowboys Packers in 46" of HD glory

I also have an HK AVR147 which I will install with Polk Audio speakers as soon as the cables get here.

BTW, does anyone elses PS3 attract dust like a watch to an MRI machine? Holy crap I dusted it off and it was dirty with 20 minutes....

Yea, it seemed like a good idea at the time

Everything is getting repainted after the tile floors are finished.

Yeah my ps3 gets dust in it in no time. Although Iv read that the dust just seems to settle on the outside. People have takne them apart to clean them out and a lot of them have said that there wasnt hardly any dust inside.
