options on getting HD and still using 360

Ok I just got my dish hooked up and I realized that my 360 is plugged into my HD spots. And those are my only HD spots. Now my TV is about 2 years old so it doesn't have that HMDI or whatever it is. Any way hooking both the 360 and dish up for HD?

if your runs are close, just use y splitters and signal will be fine. You will need 3. If you have a good reciever with component switching out, thats really easy, run your 360 through your reciever and out to tv.
