need new car cd player and speakers

i need to buy a cd player for my 1995 GTS. being a GTS, it does not have the MACH stereo. i will also upgrade from the stock speakers. i do not care about satellite radio, bluetooth, ipod, etc. all i want is a good sounding, single disc cd player. bonus if it plays mp3's also. also want good speakers. i do not want to buy an amp or subs. suggestions?

I would choose a deck that is 50x4 rather than 45x4. There are many coax 5x7's available
You should be able to get it done for approx $450 installed with tax for Kenwood MP3 deck, harness, 2 pair of 5x7 coax.
