Need test tone to tune subs

so im tuning my amp and i need a test tone. The manual reconmends a sine wave @ 50Hz. if someone could possibly load one on the internet or point me in the right direction to find one (preferably for free...) it would be much appreciated.

I use 50 hz for my subs, 1khz for my mids, and 12khz for my tweets. Not sure if that's optimum or not, but my junk sounds alright.
