want to hook up mp3 player to

the radio? Is it possible? I would rather hook that up then switching CD's.


whats needed and whats the cost? Or do they only do that for ipods?

You can go down to Radio shack and get one of those deals that plugs into the headphone jack and has a casette tape deal on the other end. Seems a lot cheaper and easier than wiring all that stuff in. Unless of course you don't have a tape player.

FM modulator is likely to be your only option if it's a factory radio, if not, then post up what you have.

The Griffin Itrip works pretty nicely, it's an FM transmitter that connects to the headphone jack on your ipod. Or the normal FM modulators work okay. Depending on the car though there are probably better options.

i know monster cable makes one. charges your headpod while listening to it. quality was pretty nice.

if you have an aftermarket radio, you will have a few better options.

There are a bunch of aftermarket options, if you'd post up the vehicle I bet you'd get a better response.

Monster makes one that plugs into the headphone jack, then into the cigarette lighter, it's what I use, best buy or radio shack should have them.
