Phoenix Gold Amp F/S

I have a very powerful good shape P/G MS-2125 for sale. I have it in my car now, but since my car never seems to want to run I do not get to enjoy it much. These amps retailed for $950 a few years back. I am looking for $600/obo out of it. I will take any reasonable offer but won't take less then it is worth... PM me or post up if you are interested... These style amps have an unregulated power supply so if you bridge it with enough voltage they more then double in power output unlike the new WEAK power supplied amps P/ G sells nowadays

Matt

LOL well you got screwed for one, but for two you aren't comparing apples to apples... there are 3 lines of Phoenix Gold Amps... the one you sold is there middle of the line amp and that amp retails for 799... butt my amp is of the old school style that is BETTER IMO then the new Titanium series that retail for 899. Reasons it is better:
1.Larger power supply = more power lower distortion ratio(translation, louder and sounds better)
2. un regulated power supply=bridge it to run a sub and itwill hit three times harder.
3. mosfet supplies run cooler don't need fans and are more efficient...

I used to work for a few stereo shops including Custom and Earmark, I know my Audio shit... I have had a stereo since I was 14 no bs, since I could not work on my car for fear of making it too fast and killing my self. But my parents didn't care if I went deaf... lol

FYI comparing those two amps is like comparing a 6 cyl camaro to a ZO6, or for us stang guys, a 6 cyl stang to a Saleen with a blower!

To be honest with you, you'll probably have better luck selling the amp on eBay if you are willing to go through the trouble of selling it.

Also Have a pair of BRAND NEW JL Audio 12W6s... these have never been played and are sitting in my closet. Asking 400 for both, as I do not need either of them. Paid 500 + tax for them so let me know if anyone wants to pick these up...
