the power supply has changed I think in the last 5-6 years makes a big difference.
Or maybe I'm old school but the ole amps rock, until you need parts

what kind of speaker and model do u have? I have ran 2 Kickers solo's on a ma audio hk1998 and blew the ports out of the box that the 12's were in, so its all in what u want. Since other people with converse about the ports blowing out, the box was solid 3/4 mdf with mdf ports glued and screwed into the box.

but for 1 or 2 10's like the wattage your talking about, I would go with the Orion HCCA 225. Small but packs a big bang.

so for running 2 4 ohm tens, you would use an amp that makes <200 wrms @ 2ohms? I think you're dumb.

well if you do more research on that amp you will find that it will push and handle way more than what it says. Of course your probobly mecp certified and all and think that roadmaster is the shit if someone told you so. For your information someone asked a question and I supplied my awnser, if you dont like it, then dont read it.

WELL THEN, if YOU will do your homework, you wouldn't be recommending a .5 ohm mono stable High Current amplifier for a 2 ohm mono load, that is, unless YOU are a moron.

some of the hifonics stuff is okay, i guess, but I had a customer with a "1200Wrms" brutus that was a piece of crap, couldn't have made more than 500 watts.
