Question What other Ford radios work in a '94 Ranger?

I want to remove the aftermarket radio in my Ranger and put a factory cd player in it. the reason is that I do not want to deal with comming out of my house or from work, and my window is smashed and the radio gone! It's happened before, even on a junk aftermarket cd player, and they caused more damage than the radio was worth! So where should I start looking? What other years of Rangers/Explorers/etc will work? Anyone have something used and cheap that will work? I'm not much of a stereo guy, I'm just looking for something I can plug and play into my truck and have to do little to no fabbing or custom stuff.

Thanks!!

Can someone at least point in the right direction as to where to look on the web to find this info? I'm not much of a stereo dude! I just want to remove my aftermarket radio and replace it with a factory Ford unit. I'm sure multiple years of multiple different models will interchange, but I don't know where to look to find this info! I've tried searching around on google, but I really don't know what I'm searching for. I feel like a newbie here.

Matt
One concern I have is if they hacked up the factory wiring harness to install that aftermarket deck. If so, it might make it a little less plug and play. Ill take a look at it next time and give you my opinion.
