So i was wondering if i pulled that 460 rack and Slapped some after market speakers in there and placed the amps on the sides of my Speaker box and tie them in... Would that be possible?

they're easy, I pulled mine off without really thinking about it just b/c i was bored one day and was curious as to what really was in that box.

Yup, you could do that(above) without any problems. Should be just as easy.
