I lost a few brain cells reading this thread. Thanks guys.
I use Sprint for my cell phone provider and have been a customer for maybe 6 years or so now. I don't have any issues and these may be the reasons why:
1) I pay my bills on time every month. When you do that, they don't cut off service.
2) I get my bill via US mail. But you know what? There are e-bills offered as well! Some like the paper route, some prefer to go 'green'. If you don't get the paper bills and want them, call them and get them to change it.
3) Coverage in my area works great for me. But you know what? If I lived in an area where coverage was terrible with this provider, I could switch to another provider! Yes, the government allows you to do that!
4) I get a corporate discount from them. I havent worked for that company for over four years now, but I still get the discount. My bill is around $50 every month and I have a ton of minutes, texts, whatever. I never overextend and I always pay the same amount every month. Sounds simple to me! But of course, some of you want to get fantasy fagball reports via your espn.com.mobile.gay.1.1"screen.net phone video and then pay $150 a month for service. Not what a phone is for. If your broke ass cant figure out how to pay for the bill, then cut the services. That simple.
Flame on bitches. Im up late, cant sleep, and Im cranky.
