fuel pump?

If it get louder is it going bad. i can hear my wine over my exst.

Fuel pumps-

get louder with age. Not necessarily going bad, but put a new fuel filter in. Fuel pump replacement really isn't bad.

where is the fuel filter located on a 92 lx 5.0?

It's located in front of the gas tank, right in the middle. You can't miss it, it has 2 gas lines that plug into it.

Yes, replace fuel filter. It will reduce the noise a bit. Fuel pumping replacement isn't that costly as well.
