Saddam address nation and they say it is taped

they just reported on the radio that supposedly saddam hussein is going to address the nation, but they say it is taped cause there are not mention of the attacks. i think he is dead

There were some lines on the bottom towards the end indicating it was a tape, not live. We can only hope they got him.
