I have a 1995 Mustang Cobra, and I have clear coat coming off on the bumper right under the headlights. Has anybody else had this problem too, is there any way that I can fix it without getting it painted?

I had this same thing happen on my '91 Silver LX. The clear peeled, then the paint underneath went to hell. It WILL spread, and it basicly sucks. The only way to get it fixed correctly is a repaint. What color is your Cobra?

It is black, I have only had it for about 5 months now. I have had a couple of detailers tell me that they could fix it back by buffing it, but I didn't believe them. I figured that I would have to get it painted anyway.
