Not.
With that thought (and others) in mind I went went back to the gym today for the first time in 8 months. Man I forgot how good it feels afterward both mentally and physically. Once you've quit it's easy to rationalize not going; while you are going it's hard to rationalize losing the gains you've made by quitting. And for you single guys - time it right and there is a lot of eye candy to enjoy while you sweat. |

Eye candy is good. My roommate however goes there for his social gatherings. I don't see any difference in him and thats why. He bitches about not getting any better.
I told him thats exactly why I like Old Denton 24 hour fitness. I don't have to wait around on equipment and I can actually get my workout complete and not use the gym as my social gathering spot every nite. |

As an old married guy I must avert my gaze
whenever eye candy enters into my field of vision ![]() I used to go at 5:30 in the morning but most of the people there at that time of day were pretty unattractive (myself included). Great time to work out if you can stand getting up then. |
