I don't know much about stereos. I have a 99 GT with the Mach 460 sound system. Sounds great but I would like more bass without modifying the stock system too much......oh and did I say low budget. I thought maybe a subwoofer and an amp.

A sub and amp is all you need. A single JL 10" w/ enclosure, 150W RMS Kenwood amp, wire, speaker level converter, low voltage trigger, grille, install= approx $497+tax.
Add $140 more for 2-10" instead of one. ------------------ The cheapest way is not the best way. |

Peripheral LVT $15.
You can just wire your remote lead into the ignition, but if your deck is turned off, your amp is still on and it will/may make strange noises. ------------------ The cheapest way is not the best way. |
