hookup on parts?

its time to upgrade my machine.
here is what i need
2.4gig 400mhz fsb Northwood p4
512 meg ram (what ever speed is reccomeneded for the 2.4, but i plan to OC..)
intel chipset based Mother board ( no more then $120)

anyone have a hookup?
