Quicktime problem?

I try to go to apple.com to view some movie trailers. But when I go to that section, and try to view a trailer, it's just a big white screen and nothing happens. And I have DL'd Quicktime 6. WTF?

I always have audio echo problems with the Apple QT player. Go get Irfanview, it views almost every movie and images type there is and its free. works great for Quicktime movies.

I DL'd that proggie, and I associated .mov with it. I tried to open a .mov file up and get a "The specified file cannot be played on the specified MCI device. The file may be corrupt, not in the correct format, or no fil..." error. Gah.
