PAY RATE : 40,000 - 65,000

COMMENTS: We are are a major Technology Industry leader in the
greater Dallas area, developing telecommunications
applications and solutions for small to medium sized
companies. We are seeking a PBX, Telephony VOIP
Technical Support Engineer. The duties will include
answering customer calls, performing remote
diagnostics for software and hardware failures, and
providing consulting support on products and
applications. You will also work with Software
Engineers to identify, isolate and resolve customer
problems with the PBX and it's related applications.
Travel to customer site may be required but is
minimal.
Required Skills THESE ARE REQUIRED-NO EXCEPTIONS!)
- 2 or more years Telecommunications (voice) exp.
- 2 or more years PBX technical background.
- Network certification (MCSE, CCNA, CTP or equiv.)
- Telephony background
- Voice over IP background
- Excellent PC skills
- Good (verbal) communication skills
