Need Cadd person to do HVAC calcs and layouts

I am a Mechanical Engineer for a HVAC company in Lewisville. I have been doing R&D in machine design for a couple of years and my father just started a new HVAC company. I am setting up an Engineering dept. for him and I am absolutely covered up with work to be done. I need someone that is pretty fluent in AutoCad (at least 2D) and is willing to get in on the ground floor. I need someone that is very detail and accuracy oriented and is not just wanting a place to collect a pay check. This company is growing very quickly and it will continue to get bigger. I am not going to be there forever and the person I hire could (no promises) eventually run the dept. I would prefer to have someone with an associates degree, but not a necessity. P.S. I have a 2002 GT and a 1990 LX with a 393 stoker. At least you can have something in common with your boss.
