We owned this car about a year ago. We just bought it back from the guy that bought it from us. He bought a new Z06 so he wanted to sell it. I could not resist because this car was nice! Last time we sold it in 2 days.

Exactly. We always tune them with a conservative tune when we have them. We want them to run good and efficient. Don't want it to go boom while we have them.

What the new owner does with it is up to them. This owner in particular kept it conservative. He only put 3K miles on it since he has had it the last year.

He didn't trade. He had bought a C6 Z06 and wanted to unload the Whipple car. He is pretty well off...didn't have to sell. Just wanted to free the cash up.

I actually talked him into selling it to me.....

plus the new z06 are just sick as hell. There was one at Denton today 09 z06, with only 2K miles on it. He said all the miles are from the drag strip or road course lol.

but that whipple, man I would love to have that. sweet ride.

Ahhh...the big debate among the Cobra mod crowd.

Really depends on the model you go with...and personal preference. You will have nut swingers from both crowds.

For the most part. We have seen the best results with the Whipple. Power results are really close. We like the whipple because it seems to be more reliable. Have seen too many KB's needing to be rebuilt.

On the other hand. I know guys that go with the KB just for the sound! The KB has a much higher pitch (whine) to it. Sounds pretty NASTY! Especially the KB 2.2. Smaller than the newer KB's ...and...the sound is almost ear piercing!

If you want a nasty whine and performance...and don't care so much about how long the blower will last before a rebuild. KB FTW!

If you want Raw Performance and reliability ...not so concerned about the sound. Whipple FTW! You can hardly hear the Whipple with an aggressive exhaust setup.

What size you go chose with either KB or Whipple. Depends on how much power you are after w your build.

Ha Ha. Yeah. That's us. We hear that on a daily basis. A lot of people in the Arlington/Mansfield area know the exact land mark. Funny thing is you don't know we are a dealer until you read the sign up front. The looks of the business sign is like most "office" buildings.

Tons and tons of traffic drive by us everday. Why not have balloons and all the other used car dealers stuff? Well, the kind of stuff we deal in attracts a lot of walk in tire kickers. We are 99.9% internet. This is why we show my appt only. The other reason is we store most of our cars in a warehouse of premises. We set a few of them out on Cooper during business hours.

This type of system helps us operate smoother. We are outgrowing this setup quickly though. Look for us in the near future to be expanding. We will be finding some locations where we have a Showroom. The idea long term will be a one stop shop.

Where you can buy your performance car...buy parts...get it modded and tuned. We have already had a lot of cars built and sold worldwide. Furthest being Ireland.
