well.. as of last week, I too, was laid off..

for the past two years I have been in customer service/technical support/sales. All of this being phone related.

Worked for Microsoft Webtv for 9 months, doing Techincal Support.

Dalworth Carpet Cleaning doing inbound phone sales and customer service for 4 months.

Have good clerical skills, type about 60-70 wpm. Did filing and basic clerical duties for a small business during the summer about 3 years back. If anyone knows of anything PLEASE pm me.
