what i don't recomend while trying to get fit

i went to austin a couple of days ago and it was 2 days of drunkedness. when i worked out the day after i got back i got overheated and yesterday when i worked out i was weaker than a baby chicken. i usually work out with 185 on bench, i had to work out with 155 and it was still hard. oh well i guess i will have to break my self back into shape.

I'll give that thought a big DUUUH!

Though I speak from experience. I usually eat really good on sunday, drink lots of water and hit the sauna and by that evening I'm back up to 95 percent. I dont usually notice a strenth loss, but my head isn't 100% clear until Monday afternoon and I continue to clean myself out until Friday to start the cycle again...

The sad part is I could be a natural pro by now If I'd just leave that crap behind. It kills testosterone production and, fills the muscles with crap, deposits fat, an kills the joints...

Your best bet is to leave it alone completely.
