Started the Subway diet today

Actually, I did it before Jason(?) or whoever made it
famous and it worked for me then. I ate two stripped
down turkey/ham sandwiches (no cheese, spicy mustard)
a day and worked my ass off at the gym and cut out
beer for about 6 weeks. I got down to 155 pounds and
people began asking me if I was sick.

<-- not 155 now

Being on the road has killed my workout and eating
out all of the time has added a kind of "boost" I
don't need. Summer is coming, time to fix the
problem and improve my ET with some weight loss.

Yep, pretty much. I have a basic turkey sandwich on
wheat with only spicy mustard for lunch, and then
hit subway for a 6-inch turkey/ham on wheat with
lettice, spicy mustard and some salt/pepper for dinner. I
try to eat lunch and dinner as early as possible. No snacks
between meals, no chips with the sandwich. Pretty blah.

I don't eat breakfast and drink water or diet dr pepper
during the day. When i'm being really good I cut out
beer.

Combine this with a bunch of cardio and some resistance
work and the pounds will fall off (or it did for me the last
time I did it, anyway).

Everything I did that worked the last time flys in the
face of what the nutritionists tell you to do but, hey, it
worked. I took the weight off in 6-8 weeks last time
if I remember correctly. Gotta do the gym work almost
every day to make it work.

Today I was craving pasta and pizza like mad.......

I hit subway though and held out.
