Line-X group purchase?.?.?

Let me start this off by stating that this will be set up for the Line-X dealer on Hwy.10 next to Yamaha/Suzuki of Texas. I'm in the market for a Line-x liner and figured I would check in here to see if anyone would be interested in a group deal. Once I see how much interest there is I will contact the dealer and see what he's willing to work. I'm thinking if we can get 10 people lined up that we should be able to get a pretty good deal. Please only post up if your truly interested, I'm not looking for any BS and will be getting this done with in the next couple of weeks. Please also post up with what you will be needing.

I will be needing one for:

Dodge Ram, short bed, over the rail.

Also if your a Line-X dealer or have a hook-up with one post up.

EDIT:

I was able to talk with Tommy today and get some pricing together, it is as follows:

Short Bed $449
Long Bed $479
Over the rail: $69
All applications include tailgate cap

The best deal I was able to get him to work was $40 off for 2-4 vehicles and $50 off for 5 or more. I was hoping for something better but this is where we stand. Comments?

I'm not familiar with Line-X. Is it comparable to Rhino? I had my `06 Z-71 short bed done last year for around $375.00 (over rail) and was very happy with it, great grip and very durable. I now have an `07 Denali (short bed) and need it sprayed but I remember calling this guy you're talking about and he was higher than the place I used in Haltom City for the Rhino. I can call them and ask for a group deal if you can't get something worked out with your guy - assuming the products are equal.

David... Line X is way better than Rhino. Rhino gets the chalky look and I have seen people mes up their rhino. If you look on all the big diesel boards, you will see Line X wins everytime hands down. Its a little more slick (not rubbery) but protects well. You can still slide stuff on it if if necessary. Its a bit more (think I paid $450 over the rails on my Dodge) but its a superior product. Lots of fleet construction companies use the guy in Haltom City off 10.

Good info, thanks. My brother (home builder) told me about the guy on HWY 10 but I went with the Rhino because of $ and lack of comparison info.
I'm in with a group purchase of the Line X if we can work it out but I need something pretty soon - don't want to mess up the bed.

The Line-X guy on hwy 10 did my '05 F150 SuperCrew. Did an awesome job and matched the True Blue color perfectly. Have had zero problems with it and am very happy with the workmanship. He is a really nice guy...we BS'd for almost an hour after closing time. Wouldn't hesitate to go back if I wanted another lining job done.

lol.. I know, I know. They expect everything for nothing. I paid $450 over the rails back a year or so ago. He was running a special I think and did the over the rails free. The over the rails part adds a lot of labor time

I'm in and need to get something going pretty quick. Do you know how we go about getting the discount, like everyone having to show up on the same day, or just mentioning this site? I would think he would require a time limit on everyone getting it done ASAP so he could assure he's getting all the work promised.

How long did it take? I want to get mine done tomorrow but I found out at the last minute that I have to work (Saturday) so I'm going to try and get someone to follow me down there and drop off the truck.
Thanks,

Got mine done Tuesday - finally!
Looks better than the Rhino did, a lot more conistant lay down. It' s also slightly slicker and should be easier to load on to but still has plenty-o grip. Also, Tommy really is a nice guy to deal with.
Thanks for the hook up ..C5.

Comments?
I can get you a better deal using the Vortex Spray In Liner product.
Short Bed $399
Long Bed $429
Over the rail: $49
All applications include tailgate cap
And can match the discounts at $40 off for 2-4 vehicles and $50 off for 5 or more.
