COMMENTS: Electrical Maintenance Technician -
Production/Manufacturing for Third Shift. Individual
will be responsible for general maint. and upkeep of
facility and production equipment and be on site for
troubleshooting equipment problems.
Key To JOB :
Tenacity: is the one quality absent from all
candidates they have reviewed to date. Position is
for individual who wants to improve themselves: be
carreer minded, and has the drive and T to do it!
The plant supervisor issues the challenge to all :
there is a series of 10 books relative to their
industry : study them, take the test... and THEN be
qualified for mgt. and the base pay of 18.36/hr Plus
.26/hr diff pay.
Technical... looking for AC and DC motors, pneumatics,
and hydraulics.
Please Note: Even at these pay levels. Their techs are
making 50-70K /yr..
Leadership Skills: this position is groomed for
advancement. Eventually will share Production Plant
Management responsibilities.
Technical Skills/knowledge:
Position is blend of Electrical and Mechanical skills.
Mostly Electrical represented: The electrical tech
background would help get to the full salary.
Experience outweighs Education 2 Yr.).
Responsible for maintenance of production systems and
facility requirements
