What's the post x-mas tally?
How much did YOU gain over the holidays. Luckily I only saw an extra pound on the scale, but twoo weeks away from the gym and all that rich food has sent my body comp and strength a bit in the wrong direction.
Time to push some weight and break that plateau!

I gained about 6lbs or so during the Christmas break. I've been back in the gym and already got it back off and trying to lose a little more. I'm at 203 and would like to get down around 195 and then try to build back up to around 205-210 with a body fat of about 8-9. It's around 10-11 now. BTW I'm 6'1".
