Shorthorns win, you pick my Avatar/title/from, i'll post it up for the entire football season. And I won't have anything Aggie or Hog related in my sig, etc.

I've got Texas picked to win in my College Pick'Em on Yahoo! and a bunch of crap talking w/friends here in Arkansas. Thats about it. Nobody seemed to want to take up my offer that I posted up on the Back Porch. I guess they don't feel as lucky this year since they only have 1 offensive starter coming back in Matt Jones.

Texas is 16-3 overall at Fayetville, so it should be a safe bet.

Good thing it isn't in Little Rock.....the record isn't nearly as favorable.

Yesterday, ESPNC showed the '69 #1 Texas vs. #2 Arkansas game complete with Nixon, et al.

Even though I knew the outcome, it was still exciting to watch (for the 3 or 4th time!).

Definetly the game of the century.

Oh yea, I thought Missouri -11 over Troy St was my safest one this week.

There was gonna be a formal rememberance of the game this weekend, but Pig faithful threw a fit, because they refused to celebrate a game they lost......

Bet you did!

I tied NE/Indy
Lost Missouri/Troy
Won Miami/FSU
Got Texas -11
Got Minny -4.5

That's about all I can bet the first week. Once a couple of weeks pass, I'll start doing some 8 team progressive parlays, one in College, one in Pro.

Only way I can watch football on TV anymore, gotta lay some money on the line.
