weird MIL occurance question...

my buddy just bought an '03 Cobra with about 27k on the clock and it runs great. Has accufab t/b, elbow, mass-air, cold air kit, 2.8 pulley, catted bassani x-pipe, bassani catback, and steeda tri-ax shifter. Everything seems to run fine except at low speeds in 6th gear sometimes a fault gets thrown and the MIL comes on. I dont have a scan tool to check it out but we just keep resetting it.

My question for you is this, is there anyway we can just come by and get the codes pulled without having to leave it there for a day? every local dealership keeps telling us they need it overnight but my buddy is afraid they are gonna go joyriding.

Also, could this be caused by having the pulley with no chip to widen the a/f parameters since it is maker 10psi at 2k rpms. Im thinking maybe he is just leaning out a lil too much for the computer and so it throws a fault. LMK what you think and if we can come get that fault code pulled....THANK YOU!

go to your local autozone and they will pull the codes for you while you wait for free
