Question How often do you work out?

Just curious how often you guys make it to the gym, and how
you cycle your workouts (ie: upper one trip, cardio the next
trip, lower the next etc.).

My goal is three times a week doing pretty much everything.
Lately with being out of town and all twice is week is what
is happening. When I do make it in I do everything because
I don't know when i'll be able to go back.

What is the thinking about seperating cardio and weight
lifting onto different workout days?

My partner and I work out 4 times a week. About an hr to hr and a half each day, depends on how much we BS between each set. We do legs one day, arms, chest/shoulders, and back/traps. It is easy for us because all the stuff is at my house. We went out and bought the wieghts, bench, and dumbells. It was cheaper than getting a membership to 24hr fitness. We haven't started cardio stuff yet, just getting back into lifting first.

Well last year I was working out five time's a week. Out of those 5 days I would lift 3 time's and at least 30 minutes cardio.

Ussually go 3-4 times a week... I run a mile on the treadmill and then do my wieghts ...Ussually do Chest and tricepts one day and then the next day I will do back and shoulders and the next time I do legs....then start over again if im not still sore

Well I just started back on the weights again. My goal is to workout 4-5 days a week. Day 1: chest, biceps Day 2: back, triceps Day 3: shoulders, traps Day 4: legs. I try doing this without skipping a day. After day four I rest one day and start over with day one. Hopefully I will keep it up this time.
