what compound best for cleaning silver ponies w/clearcoat

I have a set of 4 lug original ponies for my 90 coupe and i was just wondering what compound is best to polish them with??? I want to protect the clearcoat but yet polish them up to where they look really good. Thanks!!!

anybody gonna respond???? i know there are lots of ppl on here with ponies, what compounds do you use to polish them??????

Are thy polished aluminum with clear or what? Any wheel that is cleared you should not use a harsh compound on them. I just use normal wax on cleared or painted wheels. I dunno if that was what you were wanting to know.
