Wtf..................!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dude here my problem. Some idiot flipps car on the highway on ramp. Its was dark and i didnt see it till too late.Tried to swerve but clipped it.Now this is the aftermath. My ins is giving me shit about how i shouldve seen it and stopped in time.Telling me to go after theirs and may get the same answer. Then if so sue their ins company and if that doesnt work then sue them.My lawyer is gonna work on it but in the mean time i cant stop paying on the car cus im trying to get a new house and a repo would kill that seeing as my credit already isnt perfect. Then now i cant get a car if im paying on this one wich means to get someone to pay the car off thats totaled means i would be driving a 35k kia at 700 a month.I have my wifes car and moms car in my name and I dont know.I live 30 miles from work and no extra car.I want my car back.i loved that car more than any i have had in the past.Im a tuff guy.Was pissed and wanted a peice of the dumb ass that flipped his crapy cobalt but then when i called my wife I cried a bit.Cus my car is gone.I know it can be replaced and couldve been waaaay worse. When i hit my car spun from the on ramp into oncome highway traffic and no one thank god hit me.Ready for the horror?

so, basically, you arrived at the scene of a wreck AFTER the wreck occurred, but didn't notice it in time to not wreck yourself?

Ok... first things first hog nuts. Your sentence structure and spelling would rival a 2nd grade remedial student. I am going to take a wild guess here and say that you filled out some sort of police report or insurance document the same way. I am sure that your insurance agent read your report and pondered whether or not to give themselves a full frontal lobotomy, a circumcision, or to deny your claim. I think that they did the right choice.

How in the hell do you not see a stopped FUCKING OVERTURNED car in the middle of the roadway? I will give you this, driving your car at Mach 1.8 would make that task a bit challenging. Judging by your pictures, cupcake, you were going way the fuck too fast!

Ok, since your posts are so goddamn hard to comprehend, and you don't give enough technical info, let me try and give you some yes/no questions to answer, along with a couple that may require more than that:

1. Did you SEE the first wreck occur?

2. Did you arrive/drive by AFTER the first wreck had occurred?

3. (here's a tough one for you) What is the ESTIMATED time that had elapsed (http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/elapsed) between they're wreck occurring, then YOUR wreck occurring?

4. At the time of YOUR wreck, was there ANY other car in motion besides yours? Were any of the other cars moving under their own power before you made contact with them, or tried to dodge them?

Do you have full coverage? If so, who is at fault really doesn't matter much. I'm not even touching the rest of this thread.

There's slight negligence on the other person for blocking the freeway but the majority of this accident lays on you. Should have been paying attention and driving slower. Did you even brake? Look like a very hard hit.

The best thing you could have done after the accident is leave the car at the scene, get out and run home and report it stolen.

I work with this Oklahoma redneck that can weld a turd to a fence post.
When you get your next junk car, lemme know and I'll have him weld cattle guards all the way around that motherfucker so you can't tear it up as easily.

I would think you would have to try pretty hard to misspell that many words that badly. It would have been easier to spell most of them correctly than to screw them up the way you did tuff guy. Just sayin'

Ok it was dark and raining, but how fast were you going? How did you not notice another car upside down? Were you too busy looking at your laptop with the "danger to manifold" warning flashing which caused a distraction? Sucks dude, but learn to watch the road better.

I agree with the going too fast comment.
Especially with an overturned vehicle. How fast were you going?

You also said ramp, maybe 40-45?
