I have an app to convert full songs to ringtones on my phone.. kinda cool you can pick what part of the song you want or pick the whole song... I just upload song from my comp to my phone

You can download Audacity for free and chop up songs however you want. Then if you have Sprint you can use this site, http://rumkin.com/tools/sprint/ to upload the stuff to your phone.
