OK, this is a setup for those of you that live in BFE that cant get cable/dsl. I used it for a little over a year, and I decided i no longer needed it... (that and billing errors from dish network)...
anyways you can find infroamtion on it at http://www.starband.com if you do not know anything about it.
this setup new costs around $500 bucks for eqiupment + 200-300 for the install. I think new promotions allow you to lease the equip.. but im not sure.
If you are interested, please make arrangments with a retailer to have it installed and let them know that you are buying used equipment, the vendor i bought from stated they will not install this setup unless it is purchased from them.
Price $200.00 (firm) this comes w/ the satalite, and the "modem" & cables etc.
