If I remove the brain of a clifford alarm, will everything still run, or do I need to reconnect some wires?

As long as the ignition kill is wired in the normally closed position you can pull the fuse from the alarm and everything will work fine.

Most Clifford product is wired normally open so if it does not have power, the car will not run. Find the starter kill relay(and others if installed) and reconnect the factory wiring.

Earmark didn't wire mine up that way  I'd probably still have my 93 GT 'Vert if they did
