This keeps pooping up and WILL NOT GO AWAY! What do you think it is???

It was only pooping up when I opend up internet explorer, but now it always comes on!

What OS are you running? You may try a system restore if the option is available. If not, do a virus check, and all the other basic stuff.
It could turn out to be some bad memory. You may try, if you have more than one stick (and it's not EDO), to remove all but one stick, and see if the error persists ... adding a stick after each successful run cycle, until the error occurs again.

If it keeps pooping on your computer all the time like you said a good roll of 2-ply toilet papper should do the trick.
just delete that rundll32.exe file. thats what i do.

If you delete RUNDLL32.EXE then you should also rename RUN32.EXE to RUNDLL32.EXE and reboot.

It looks like a memory read error. Reseat you memory chip or better yet, move it to another slot.
