Running out of space on my hard drive. Currently it has a 10gb at 5400rpm and it's a Dell. What are the best upgrades and where is the best place to buy them?

Goto fry's and get a bare drive, dont buy a boxed drive, they are more expensive. Get a 60 or 80gb 7200 rpm drive, should be around $100 - $120 I think, it'll last you a long time. Cant really go wrong with any of the brands, and the more buffer size, the better.

I like Maxtor 7200 RPM hard drives, 40 GB. they were selling like hotcakes at Fry's for $38.00 a piece. They were blowing them out.

They have a floppy partician disk which will do the formatting for you and you can also write zero's with it.
