Major Internet Explorer Problem!

when i try to go to www.hotmail.com, msn.com, microsoft.com or any microsoft related webpage, it will not load at all....displaying the page cannot be found...i reinstalled XP, and it still does not work...need major help!!

who is your isp?

I had that problem at work the other day, and it turned out to be my ISP's dns server... sounds odd but ehh.. i just swapped the primary dns and secondary around and everything worked fine.

You may also want to check your hosts file. I think it is located in windows\system32\drivers\etc\ .

Delete any reference to hotmail, msn, microsoft, or whatever. If there is anything in there that may fix your problem.
