I don't know much about computers. Here's the deal. I am at work and I was trying to print and I kept getting an error message. I was getting the same one anytime I tried to do something. So I reboot and I get this error message:
STOP: c0000221 (Bad Image Checksum)
The image kernel32.dll is possibly corrupt. The header checksum does not match the computed checksum.
Set the recovery options in the system control panel or the /CRASHDEBUG system start option. If this message reappears, contact your system administrator.
What does it mean?
Thanks for any help.
