How do I do this? If any of you guys have some time to explain it I would appreciate it.

lmao!! I guess since I'm the moderator of this forum I should help and not laugh but... lmao!!

Have you picked out what you want your avatar to be? its gotta be 90pixels by 90pixels or less.

User CP, Edit Options, all the way at the bottom. Like AbecX said, the avatar can not be any larger then 90x90, or 50k whichever is smaller.
