I am new here and just wanted to see if any of you guys are into open track? I will be at Motorsport Ranch the weekend of April 12-13th for the Drivers Edge event, in case anyone here will also be there??

i have a friend going to that drivers edge event. Look for a red 03 Cobra with kumho victoracers. i would go to it, but school is kicking my ass.

Thanks! What's the guy's name? I will look for him at MSR. This will be my first trip to that track. I've run mostly at TWS. I have also been to MidAmerica in Iowa, and Hallet in Oklahoma.

His name is Justin, driving a torch red 03 cobra, he just ordered a set of y2k cobra R rims and victoracers last night, so i would hope he is on those. Smack him around and tell him Ryan says his junk is slow! Haha

I wish lubbock had an open track facility, all we have is a SCCA auto-x. Y2k Cobra R, what kind of car do you drive? ;) Im going to go out on a limb here and guess you drive a 2000 Cobra R. :)

I think its a bmw club race. Pay $40 and get 8 track sessions I think. You might ask andrew for more details. I think we are both gonna go. It would be fun.

I will send him a PM to find out how to register. A buddy of mine is a big BMW man so I will give him a buzz.

If the 8 sessions are 30 min each, we might want to bring some front pads to swap. You eat them pretty quick.
