4 cyl. springs to lower my 97 gt?

If i were to buy some 4 cyl. springs, do i just put them on the front, and leave my rear ones stock? Or do i put all 4 of them on? And are they a direct replacement, no modifications? Let me know something soon, i am wanting to buy these from another guy on this board. Thanks!
