Does anyone know how to locate a soldier in the Army? He is my best friend and I cant find a way to get a hold of him. He was last in Ft. Hood and was on the way to Kuwait.

I'm sure you can find a main # or Base Operator # on the net, call them and they can steer you to personnel or something to get an address.
Another option would be the red-cross.

Well I hope the red-cross does not know where he is. I would prefer if he is not injured or dead.

The red cross does more than find injured soldiers. They can also help locate them if you have their SSN, or other pertinent information.
You may want to call Ft. Hood, see if they have a Post Locator Service, and give them your friends name/MOS/Rank, they can usually find this to get the individual's unit. Then you will have to call the Unit SDO to try to get his address downrange.
Hope this helps.

I actually ised classmates.com to locate one the other day. You can search by name, by school or by the branch of military. If you don't have an account with them, I'd be happy to look it up for you. PM me his name , approx age, and branch...and anything else that might halp me identify the correct person. Place of birth, where he grew up, went to high school....any info would be helpful.
