How can Iraq ...possibly go before the UN and talk about a "breach of the peace, act of unmolested agression - that the coalition must be held accountable for" etc ....

So what the fuck was that little exercise into kuwait 10 years ago? Did they forget about that small border jumping incident? News media and the UN crack me up.

I think there was a UN decision to allow coalition force to remove the Iraqis from Kuwait.

Also if I recall correctly the Iraq thing first started to protect the US by removing the threat of terrorism in Iraq, then there was no proof that Iraq was involved in terrorism.. Then the US decided that Iraq was in violation of a previous UN regulation, the WoMD one.. then there was no proof to show Iraq had WoMD.. Then the US decided to liberate Iraq from itself, that one seems to have stuck. I'm sure Iraq's leadership will try to make the case that the US invaded without that UN's approval and for unjustified reasons. Now whether or not the UN will agree really is unimportant b/c the US will likely again only listen to the the UN decisions it likes and ignore the rest.
