Updating BIOS, How do you shut off HIMEM?

How do you turn off HIMEM? I d/led the update for the bios, I boot into it, it starts and then says can't run with the HIMEM tester running, I can't for the life of me figure out how to shut it off??

Anyhelp would be greatly appreciated.

Was going to say, it's a line in your config.sys, just rem it out. :D
