Novell home access

I have a question about access company mail from home, I know it is different for everybody, and I have used the microsoft outlook home access before to get mail, but I cannot figure out novell.... I have asked some people up at work, and they are about as helpful as a pair of plyers changing a flat. My email address is abcdef@wnco.com so if anybody could throw me a bone here that would be great.
