This worked perfect for me. Though maybe the time we go to Sonic should be updated to about 9 instead of 8. Or make it 9:15 if you drive a 99 GT with a bumper cover flappin in the wind due to wind resistance.

If the weather is cold, maybe we should stay at Nino's, or wherever there's heat. Funny how people don't want to show up, just to freeze there asses off in a parking lot. Nino's was cool, except our waitress sure sucked!:p

i had a great time. everyone was cool to. i will drive back out there if thats where everyone else wants to meet. i did have an idea though. what about somewhere in the grapevine mills mall area? its still quite a hike for me, but there is a ton of places out that way too. any thoughts yall? need input.

That's a good idea for another gtg Dave! :) This one is supposed to be for the folks in far south/west Arlington/Ft.Worth area, even Nino's is outta the loop (but still so cool). But hell, Lewisville is virgin territory for a gtg. Hook it up! :)

I'm down w/Nino's again and of course don't mind the trip to Sonic...and I ain't skeeeeeeered of a cold chill. Remember there is an Italian fast/food next door to Sonic too then Hooters, IHOP, and tons of other spots within a few blocks. Just a suggestion. No matter what, I'm in. It ain't the location it's the attendees.

this is still fine with me. i dont mind that long drive. it was 51 miles each way for me. illdrive it. but as you said, maybe the area i mentioned might be an idea for another gtg. anyone feel that grapevine mills is an ok distance. its still about 25 or so minutes from me,. but not all that bad. post it up people.

ps, hey nicole, go check out what was said in the my head thread.
lol.

Sonic is a good location...

<------Down with Barbie on this one!

Sonic is a GTG location that is optimal for people in South Arlington, South Grand Prairie, Kennedale....etc. From her post I believe GC2 is with us on this issue also. A Grapevine GTG would probably be best suited for Northeast Tarrant County members. <p> Barbie is the one who originally initiated the first get-together at Sonic. I applaud her choice and feel that Sonic is where it should stay...Barbie Rulz. My 2 cents......

thanks :D , exactly as you said, its best for people in S Arlington and Grand Prarie, thats why I first posted up about the Sonic, a place not to far from alot of people in this area I got alot of support and the GTG's seem to be getting bigger each week, I think it needs to stay in this general area :D

Sonic and/or ninos sounds good. If I'm not working, i'll definitely head out in that direction.

I had a great time with this weeks gtg. Dont see a point in changing anything. Though I dont make the trek to Sonic, I still had a blast at Nino's.

<------likes it when Steph serves here. :D

I agree. :) I love Nino's too yet don't want to see anything take away from your gtg. Anything south of I30 is considered Southside. I just have gas to burn and don't mind hitting 'em both up.
